Personal training is independent of healthcare role and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients train at their own risk and should seek medical clearance if needed. Where trainer deems it necessary, GP clearance may be requested and training will be paused until medical clearance has been provided.
All clients complete a health screening (PAR-Q) & Informed Consent prior to commencing training.
